In North Las Vegas, traffic safety doesn't end when the sun goes down. Currently, our traffic divisions are often understaffed or pulled away to other emergencies. My proposed Nevada 24/7 Roadway Safety Act would:

Establish Permanent Traffic Units: Moving away from temporary part-time checkpoints to full-time, round-the-clock traffic divisions.

Maximize Federal Dollars: Using this plan, we will aggressively pursue NHTSA and COPS grants to hire dedicated officers, ensuring our local taxes stay in our pockets.

Focus on Hotspots: Using data-driven enforcement to put these units where they are needed most—our school zones and high-accident corridors.

Nevada's Road to Housing Act
For too long, out-of-state hedge funds and corporate giants have treated North Las Vegas like a Monopoly board, buying up thousands of single-family homes and driving prices out of reach for hardworking families. It’s time to put Nevadans first.
As part of my "Fighting for our Future" platform, I am proposing a Nevada Road to Housing Act. This isn't just another government study—it’s a bold, common-sense plan to lower costs and protect our neighborhoods:

Stop Corporate Consolidation: We will place strict limits on large institutional investors buying up single-family homes. Our houses should be homes for families, not line items for Wall Street.

Protecting Our Seniors and Renters: We will establish a "Whole-Home" repair grant to help small landlords and seniors fix HVAC systems and roofs, keeping existing housing safe, energy-efficient, and affordable.
We deserve a housing market that rewards work, not just wealth. Let’s build a Nevada where our children can afford to live in the same communities where they grew up.

The Nevada Educator Excellence Act
Our Teachers Deserve More Than Just Thanks—They Deserve a National-Class Salary.
Nevada is currently trailing the national average for teacher pay by thousands of dollars. We cannot expect "Better Education" if we continue to export our best talent to neighboring states. My proposed Nevada Educator Excellence Act uses the successful LEARNS Framework to:

Close the Gap: Mandate a statewide minimum salary that meets or exceeds the national average.

Reward Experience: Implement a "Veteran Retention Bonus" so our most experienced teachers aren't left behind.

Professional Ladders: Reward teachers who go the extra mile with National Board Certifications and leadership roles in our North Las Vegas schools.
It's time to stop talking about the 'teacher shortage' and start talking about the 'pay shortage.'
"BETTER JOBS WITH BETTER PAY"
Reviving AB5 "Nevada Studio Infrastructure Jobs and Workforce Training Act,"
For too long, Nevada has been a backdrop for Hollywood movies that take their profits and jobs back to California. The Nevada Studio Infrastructure Jobs and Workforce Training Act (AB 5) changes the game by making Nevada a global hub for production, manufacturing, and high-tech media.
As your representative, I am fighting to revive this plan because it delivers on the core of our "Fighting for our Future" platform:

Higher Pay, Better Careers: We aren't just creating "gigs"—we’re building careers in sound engineering, digital media, and set construction with average salaries exceeding $80,000.

The 60% Residency Mandate: My version of this act requires that by 2038, 60% of the workforce must be Nevada residents. We are investing in our people, not out-of-state contractors.

A Manufacturing Renaissance: Modern film studios are high-tech factories. Building these "Production Districts" creates a massive demand for local steel, electrical engineering, and specialized construction right here in North Las Vegas.

Stop Corporate Double-Dipping: Give the Tariff Refunds Back to the People.
When tariffs hit, mega-corporations didn't absorb the cost—they passed it directly onto you at the checkout line. Now, these same corporations are applying for tariff refunds. If they win, they get to keep your money and the government's money. That’s called double-dipping, and everyday Americans are paying the price.
We are proposing legislation to put the tariff money back in your pocket. Our proposal is simple:

No Double Dipping: If a corporation receives a government refund for tariff costs, they cannot keep the profits they already squeezed out of consumers for those same tariffs.

Follow the Data: If a company tracked your credit card, phone number, or loyalty account to take your money at checkout, they have the technology to track you down and give it back.

Automatic Refunds: No complicated forms or red tape. If they got a refund from the government, you get an automatic credit back to your account.
